Spanish Flu

  • Watching: We Were Soldiers
From my other blog last week:

I try really hard not to think about these things, but every once in a while something really makes me stop and realize that we truly don't know what tomorrow has in store. This article by Charles Krauthammer really gave me the creeps. (And unfortunately my hypochodriacal nine year old overheard me reading bits to my daughter. He may not sleep for a week!)

For anyone who doesn't know, the Spanish flu is the flu that killed millions of people in less than a year in 1918-19. It has been recreated in a lab. If you want to know the rest you can go read Krauthammer.
